This course provides an introduction to the basic concepts of Microsoft PowerPoint. On completion of the course, the delegate will be able to create and use presentations effectively including editing, formatting, using tables, pictures and diagrams, printing presentations and delivering on-screen shows with simple animations. The material covered in this course provides a foundation for the PowerPoint Level 2 course.
This course is suitable for delegates who wish to learn to create and edit simple PowerPoint presentations effectively. No previous knowledge is assumed, but familiarity with one or more other Windows applications would be an advantage.
The course covers the essential techniques for creating presentations, entering and editing text, tables, pictures and diagrams, formatting and printing documents, and delivering on-screen shows.

Microsoft PowerPoint Level 2 Training Course
Duration : 1 day
On completion of this course, the delegate will be able to create and manage sophisticated slide shows that integrate information from a variety of sources, including multimedia, into a consistent format; they will be able to collaborate with colleagues on the creation and editing of shows and present or distribute the shows in a variety of formats both locally and remotely.
This course is suitable for delegates who wish to go beyond basic slides shows and harness the full capabilities of PowerPoint. A good understanding of the material covered in the Level 1 course is assumed.
The course covers exchanging information with Microsoft Word and Excel, managing and editing Slide Masters, using multimedia objects and custom animations, and preparing and presenting automated shows, either to a local audience or via the web.
