Softwaretraining.co.uk are a highly efficient training company, having attended several one day courses, I feel I now have the confidence to carry out my own job more effectively. Software Training fulfilled the needs of my training to the highest standard and much more. Andrew Hudson, the trainer, was excellent and so very knowledgeable. He was very calm, very pleasant and very understanding. He was aware of us as individuals, rather than just a room of people sat there. The content of both courses was excellent and went far beyond what I had hoped to learn. Excellent to be able to come away with the manual too, which can be used to refer back to at any time. The venue at Milton Park was excellent, the facilities were great and lunch being provided was much appreciated. I found the Excel IT Software Training course extremely useful. Learnt how to be more efficient when using Excel at work; learning how to access things much easier and quicker. The course content was great, well structured with a booklet to follow and attempt activities. The trainer on the day was brilliant; great at answering all our queries and overall found the course really useful. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve on their IT Skills. I have found the courses to be brilliant and very helpful to myself, although not as yet used Excel too much for work, but no doubt my Manager will hand me something!!!
I have attended 3 courses so far, 2 for Word 2010, Levels 1 and 2 and Excel 2010 Level 1 and the last this week (22/03/2013) Excel Level 2, all held at Reading. The Trainer Andrew Hudson was excellent in the way he explained things and had the patience of a “Saint” as I was forever calling him to assist me!! I also enjoyed being in a smaller session, i.e. 3-4 people, as the Trainer went at our “pace”.
